Preparation of project promotional materials.

Informing the stakeholders about projects, studies and processes (infographic promotional materials, non-technical summaries) will positively affect the perception of the project.

1- Determining the focus and scope of promotional activities:
Non-technical project introduction files to ensure that the activities are understood by all stakeholders.
Determined environmental measures; activities, successful parties, negativities experienced, justifications and corrective actions.
Social effects; social and socio-economics opportunities provided to local communities within the scope of the project, stakeholder demands and studies carried out within this scope.
Work life; Survey results, working conditions, opportunities and training programs for employees.

2- Scheduled site visits within the agreed scope.
Making interviews with managers, employees, local individuals and other stakeholders and recording the data provided,
Providing objective materials related to important work seen in the field. (Professional footage, drone recordings)

3- Creating design basics by compiling the provided data and relevant objective evidence separately.
Determining the order of importance regarding the benefits provided.
Compiling excerpts from interviews that take into account the position in the organizational chart and the importance and scope of the information received.
Determining the links between the identified benefits and international standards / organizations. (ISO 26000, SA 8000, INTERNATIONAL LABOR FORCE ORGANIZATION (ILO), SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS etc.)

4- Based on the draft studies prepared, infographic information materials and videos will be prepared.
It will be designed to be mobile compatible, aiming at maximum image performance. (Cell phone, computer, etc.)
The content created will be brought to the attention of different groups and conformity assessment will be made. The final design will be obtained by taking into account the feedback obtained as a result of this study.

5- Publishing the prepared materials in suitable environments.
Publishing digital content on agreed platforms.
Making the printing processes of the paper designs created and transmitting them to the agreed areas.
