Expertise / Test & Inspaction

Process, System, Structure Testing and Inspection

Special for each field; We produce technical solutions that meet test & inspection needs with a rich test equipment infrastructure and experts.

Test & Inspection Processes

An infrastructure that allows the monitoring and control of test and inspection procedures in digital environment has been established. In this way, the institutions receiving the test service and the organizations they are responsible for can access and verify the reports on the tested device and systems over the internet infrastructure. The system in question; In addition to providing access to information regarding test & inspection procedures, it also includes planning and automatic reminders for periodic control procedures.

SAFETY CONDITIONS IN USE OF WORK EQUIPMENT

Pressure Vessels and Installations

Hydrostatic testing is essential as a basic principle in pressure vessels. Unless otherwise specified in the standards, these tests are made 1.5 times the working pressure and not exceeding one year. However, due to the nature of the work equipment and the mandatory conditions arising from the operation, non-destructive testing methods can be used instead of hydrostatic testing.

Lifting and Conveying Equipment

Unless otherwise specified in the standards, lifting and transmission equipment must be strong enough to effectively and safely lift and suspend at least 1,25 times the declared load (for dynamic systems 1,10 times the declared load). In this context, it is necessary to perform lifting and carrying maneuvers with the determined test loads, and to question the device and system reactions, including braking. In the periodic control of lifting and transmission equipment equipped with electronic control system, machine and electrical disciplines are handled together.

Electric & Mechanical Installation

Electrical installation, grounding installation, lightning rod installation, accumulator, transformer, generator, etc. All of the systems and devices are tested and examined within the framework of the security principle. It is strongly recommended that these controls be repeated once a year at the most. It is recommended to test & inspect fire systems, motor pumps, ventilation and air conditioning installations at least once a year to ensure that they are suitable and functional.

Machinery and Equipment

The machines used in the industrial environment must be controlled in terms of electrical, mechanical, geometric, ergonomic, hydraulic and pneumatic, and their safety must be guaranteed. It is highly recommended to carry out these operations at least once a year, to detect defective machinery and equipment, and to take necessary corrective actions. For this, general safety standards such as 2006/42 / EC Machinery Safety Directive, 2014/35 / EU (LVD) Low Voltage Directive, EN ISO 12100: 2010, EN 60204-1: 2018 and product-specific safety standards (Example: ISO 16092- 1: 2018) should be taken into account and the specified conditions should be questioned.

PAT – Portable Appliance Testing

All electrical devices have risks due to their nature. Devices that come into our daily lives are not out of this scope, and the risks increase as their usage time increases. For this reason, it is strongly recommended that portable devices are tested electrically at least once a year, and defective devices are detected. In the absence of special standards for the devices, the tests in question are EN 62841-1: 2015, EN 60335-1: 2012, N 60204-1: 2018 etc. It is carried out taking into account the general standards.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Electrical Signal Analysis

Monitoring of building main column or main lines with energy analyzers, reporting of frequency changes, current voltage imbalances, harmonic distortions, crest factors, flicker effect, k factor, power factor, power and consumption data.

Heat Transfer

Building facade, boiler, air conditioning units and so on. Determination of heat losses in systems by thermal analysis methods. Reaching and reporting quantitative results regarding energy losses with histograms etc. techniques. These studies are carried out by methods such as thermal camera shots, infrared or contact temperature measurement techniques, U (Thermal Transmittance Coefficient (W / m2K) value determination.

Central Heating / Cooling Systems Efficiency Analysis

When central heating and cooling systems are functional, they are subjected to a series of tests to determine their current efficiency rates (h) (Closed loop temperature changes, flue gas analysis, blowdown conductivity values, fluid flow rate, pressure changes, etc.). As a result of this study, taking into account the current efficiency rates and the values declared by the system manufacturers, the necessary actions are determined in order to detect and eliminate the defects that cause performance loss.

Comfort Conditions and Air Quality Measurements

Temperature, humidity, lighting level, noise level, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and oxygen ratios are determined in closed areas and in some special cases in open areas. In this way, the adequacy and operating techniques of existing air conditioning, ventilation, lighting systems are evaluated.
